Frequently Asked Questions
Everything about credits, payments, rewriting, privacy, and troubleshooting. Use search or choose a category to filter.
How do credits work? Credits+
Rephrasio uses a credits-based system. Each rewrite consumes credits based on your usage rules (e.g., per request / per length).
- Buy credits on the Pricing page.
- Credits are added to your account after successful payment.
- You can use credits anytime (no subscription required).
Do credits expire? Credits+
No. Credits do not expire unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion.
Which payment methods are supported? Payments+
Payments are processed through WooCommerce checkout. Available methods depend on your payment gateway configuration (card, local methods, etc.).
If you need help with checkout, contact support with the error message and order number (if any).
Do you offer refunds? Payments+
Refund eligibility depends on whether credits were used and the nature of the issue. If something went wrong (double charge, credits not delivered), we’ll fix it.
Contact support with your order details so we can investigate quickly.
Does Rephrasio keep the same language as my input? Rewrite+
Yes. If you input Turkish, outputs will be Turkish; if you input English, outputs will be English.
Why do I get 5 different outputs? Rewrite+
Different rewrites help you choose the best tone and phrasing. You can compare and pick the one that fits your context (academic, professional, concise, etc.).
Do I need an account to use credits? Account+
Yes. Credits are stored on your account. Create a free account or login on the Login page.
Is my text stored? Privacy+
By default, your text should not be permanently stored. Operational logs may exist for security and troubleshooting (e.g., request status), but you should avoid submitting highly sensitive personal data.
The rewrite is stuck / not working. What should I do? Troubleshooting+
- Refresh the page and try again.
- Try a shorter input (long inputs may hit limits).
- Disable browser extensions (ad blockers can break requests).
- If you see an error code (403/500), send it to support.
I paid but credits were not added. Troubleshooting+
First, confirm your payment status in WooCommerce orders. If payment is completed but credits are missing, contact support with:
- Order number
- Email used during checkout
- Time of purchase
We’ll resolve it quickly.
